Odelaisys Saco, LMHC

Odelaisys is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and North Carolina. She has a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.

Odelaisys has over 18 years of professional experience in clinical and ministerial counseling. She has worked in community mental health agencies, hospital ER, and residential programs, and at higher education institutions teaching undergraduate classes in psychology and childhood development.

Odelaisys speaks at churches and conferences, and provides training to pastors and church leaders, residential programs, schools and universities, behavioral and healthcare professionals, law enforcement.

She has experience in the areas of trauma, domestic violence, abuse (emotional psychological, physical, sexual, spiritual), anxiety, depression, foster care, adoption, ministerial burnout, church wounds. Contact Odelaisys at osaco@sweetaromacounseling.com.

Oleymis Russell, LCSW

Oleymis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and in North Carolina. She has a Master of Social Work from Barry University and Bachelor in Social Work from Florida International University. Oleymis is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)

Oleymis has been a social worker for over 20 years. She has worked for the states of Florida and North Carolina, in community medical and mental health agencies and at the hospital. She has also managed a community medical and mental health clinic.

Her professional experience includes working with children, youth and families at risk, adults diagnosed with a medical and/or mental illness older, and management of a healthcare clinic.

Kiarra Montenegro, BA

Kiarra has a Bachelor of Art in Christian Ministry from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida.

At Montreat College Kiarra was instrumental in starting and establishing a safe place for youth to share about their challenges and victories, grow in their relationship with God and in their faith, find support and build community. 

Kiarra has experience woking with youth in different settings, advocating and connecting youth, adults and families to resources, coordinating and organizing events, community outreach, content development, and overseeing different projects.
