Individual and Family Therapy
Children
Behavior meets a need! It is hard for kids to use words to communicate how they feel. Often times a behavior is an outward expression of what is happening inside.
Through play therapy kids expand their emotional vocabulary and develop healthy coping skills.
Teens
Adolescence is an exciting time that can also be challenging to navigate.
In counseling teens learn about healthy relationships, boundaries, communication, decision making skills, goals, and personal safety.
Adults
Life experiences, positive or negative, will influence your thoughts, decisions, self worth, relationships, and can even establish patterns of thoughts and beliefs that become familiar, automatic, and undetected.
Counseling is a safe place to process and work through issues, challenge lies with truth, renew your mind, and move forward.
