We are Licensed in Florida and North Carolina. We provide virtual individual and family therapy and also work with pastors, ministers, behavioral and healthcare providers, educators, undergraduate and post-graduate students, legal professionals.
Life experiences, positive or negative, will have an influence in your thoughts, decisions, self worth, relationships, and can even establish patterns of unhealthy thoughts and beliefs that become familiar, automatic, and undetected. Counseling is a safe place to work on you, reframe thoughts, renew your mind, heal and move forward.

Fees and Forms of Payment
We accept the following behavioral health insurance plans: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Oscar Health, United Behavioral Health.
Although we accept these plans, benefits are not guaranteed. Please review your plan and contact your insurance provider before starting treatment, to assure that services will be covered and to know if there is a copay. If the plan does not cover the cost of the session, it is the client's responsibility to pay in full for services rendered.
Private Pay fee for individual 60 minute sessions: $160.00 per session. We accept as forms of payment: Zelle and Credit Cards.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. Consulting
We offer Consulting to individuals interested in identifying and developing actionable goals, church based counseling ministries, and clinical professionals. The fee is contingent upon the specific consulting service. Contact us to learn more.
