Counseling is a safe place to process and work on you, reframe thoughts and renew your mind, and move forward.
We provide individual and family therapy. We also work with pastors, ministers, behavioral and healthcare providers, educators, undergraduate and post-graduate students, legal professionals.

We currently accept the following behavioral health insurance plans: BCBS, Optum, Oscar Health, United Behavioral Health. Although we accept these plans, benefits are not guaranteed. Please review your plan and contact your insurance provider before starting treatment, to assure that services will be covered and to know if there is a copay. If the plan does not cover the cost of the session, it is the client's responsibility to pay in full for services rendered.
If you choose Private Pay, individual sessions are 60 minutes - $125.00 per session. We accept as forms of payment: Zelle and Credit Cards.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
